Summary
This course is designed for users who are already familiar with Primavera P3 Project Planner and need to develop a similar familiarity with Primavera P6. Delegates will be taken through a series of practical workshops highlighting the differences between the two products and demons trating the additional functionality in Primavera P6.
Course Topics
At the completion of this course, delegates will be able to:
· navigate in Primavera P6
· create the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS)
· create the Organisational Breakdown Structure (OBS)
· create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
· create, schedule and optimise a project
· addactivities, create relationships and assign constraints
· maintain the Projects Documents Library
· use several methods for viewing data (sorting, grouping, filters)
· define and assign roles and resources
· analyse resources and costs
· create a baseline and execute and analyse the plan
· create standard reports and output to the Project Web Site
· plan a conversion from Primaver a P3 Project Planner to Primaver a P6
· import Primaver a P3 Project Planner project files into Primavera P6
