Duration: 1 Day
Who is the course aimed at?
Managers, as leaders, inspire and engage other people. However, to do this effectively they must build and maintain productive relationships. In Module 1 delegates were introduced to the SDIÒ Questionnaire and we now build on this in Module 2 by introducing the Portaits of Personal Strengths and Overdone Strengths which specifically focus on behaviours. This 1-day workshop is aimed at managers, team leaders and staff at all levels in the organisation/business who have completed Module 1.
By the end of the course delegates will be able to …
- Understand how our motivations drive our behaviours
- Recognise how our behaviours impact on other people
- Recognise when our behaviours could be perceived as overdone or misapplied
- Apply behavior management strategies in the workplace
- Coach another individual on their behaviours/strengths
- Identify what we need to do differently in order to develop more productive relationships with others
