Who is the course aimed at?
Managers, as leaders, inspire and engage other people. However, to do this effectively they must build and maintain productive relationships. The SDI is a learning resource which provides a framework and common language to help individuals and teams identify and manage interpersonal issues, poor communication and conflict within the workplace. This 1-day workshop is aimed at managers, team leaders and staff at all levels in the organisation/business.

- Explain their own motivators and the motivators of others
- Understand the positive intentions behind the behaviours of others
- Recognise their own personal strengths and weaknesses
- Recognise the early warning signs for conflict
- Resolve conflict early on for genuine win/win solutions
- Modify their style and use language to engage and motivate others
- Create a motivational environment for everyone in their team
