Cross Country Pipeline H.S.E. Transition
This half-day course aims to equip pipeline operatives with knowledge of safety legislation in a pipeline context. The modular objectives cover environmental aspects, legislation compliance, safety practices near lifting operations, excavation rules, welding and radiography hazards, PPE requirements, underground service identification, traffic management principles, and vehicular movement risks. The course targets operational personnel working on pipeline contracts with Gas Networks or similar, holding a Utility SHEA (Gas) Passport. The course duration is 2.5 hours for transitioning to CCPHSE, with a maximum of 15 participants per session for effective interaction and learning. Module tests are conducted with an 80% pass mark.
