Participants will learn about relationship management, performance monitoring, governance frameworks, and financial aspects of contracts. The Online SBCC Contract Training course aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of JCT/SBCC contracts. The course covers topics such as insurance provisions, practical completion certificates, payment processes, defects handling, and key provisions of SBCC documents. Participants will also learn about collateral warranties, third-party rights, and payment regimes under the Construction Acts. The course includes workshop and Q+A sessions, and is designed to be completed in one day.
