Project Management in Primavera P6 Web Access
Primavera Training is designed for Program and Project Managers, End Users, Functional Implementers, and Business Analysts at a basic level. Participants will learn to create projects, manage activities and resources, customize workspaces, and analyze project performance. The course focuses on optimizing project schedules, assigning roles and resources, and collaborating with team members. It covers topics such as project scheduling, resource analysis, and dashboard customization. Oracle BI and BPM are not included in the training.
