Summary
Delegates who have already acquired a basic understanding of Primavera P6 will l be shown how to use advanced resource management functionality in order to exploit the full power of the software.
Building on skills learned in the introductory course (P102), training covers costs management, resource allocation management, future period bucket planning and resource levelling. Extended hands on workshops provide an opportunity to develop familiarity with the functionality.
