Overview
This online BIM for Health & Safety Training course focuses on utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance health and safety management in construction projects. Participants will learn how to integrate BIM with health and safety practices, manage collaborative sharing of information, and understand the importance of structured health and safety data. The course covers basic BIM concepts, the role of key participants, and the structuring of health and safety information. Upon completion, participants receive a BIM-training certificate accredited by Northumbria University.

BIM is widely known for achieving efficiency savings in time and cost, reducing waste and the need for re-work, however, it is also extremely efficient in the management and delivery of health and safety on building and infrastructure projects.
BIM allows health and safety information to be presented and shared in ways that can improve the process and procedures on your projects at every stage.
There are a number of practical applications that can be developed at each stage of the construction process to improve health and safety and information can be gathered and translated into something useful, which in effect adds value. In this course we will show you how to use the project information to support health and safety.
