Overview
By the end of this course, students will understand and apply advanced project scheduling techniques, including the use of different duration and percent complete types, managing sub-projects through reflection projects, and setting up user-defined fields and global change rules. They will be able to assign and differentiate between Project, EPS, and Global Codes, utilise advanced scheduling options, monitor thresholds and risks, and customise tracking layouts for effective project control and reporting.

The course will be delivered by an instructor with decades of experience in Planning & Scheduling utilising Primavera P6 in the field on live Projects and familiar with Schedule Forensic Delay Analysis (FDA)
