Overview
By the end of this course, students will understand and apply advanced project scheduling techniques, including the use of different duration and percent complete types, managing sub-projects through reflection projects, and setting up user-defined fields and global change rules. They will be able to assign and differentiate between Project, EPS, and Global Codes, utilise advanced scheduling options, monitor thresholds and risks, and customise tracking layouts for effective project control and reporting.

Course Content
The P6 Advanced Scheduling course builds on the skills developed in the Introductory Course (P6-001), the P6-002Scourse explores advanced scheduling techniques, including Reflection Projects, Duration and Percentage Complete Types, User-Defined Fields, and Global Change. Hands-on workshops throughout the course give participants the opportunity to apply these techniques and reinforce their learning in a practical environment.
