Overview
By the end of this course, students will be able to create and manage resources and roles, define resource codes, and analyse usage through profiles and spreadsheets. They will understand how to manually allocate resources, plan using buckets, assign lags and durations, and address over-allocation through resource levelling. Additionally, students will learn to configure settings for accurate resource data calculation and generate detailed resource reports for effective project planning and control.

Course Content
The P6 Advanced Resourcing course builds on the skills developed in the Introductory Course (P6-001), the P6-002Rcourse explores advanced resourcing techniques, including Resource and Role Analysis, Bucket Planning, Resource Levelling, and configuring settings for computing activity and resource data. Practical workshops throughout the course allow participants to apply these techniques and reinforce their learning in a hands-on environment.

The course will be delivered by an instructor with decades of experience in Planning & Scheduling utilising Primavera P6 in the field on live Projects and familiar with Schedule Forensic Delay Analysis (FDA)
