Primavera P3 Project Planner

Primavera Training is designed for program and project managers, planners, and schedulers at a basic level. The course focuses on project planning and scheduling using Primavera P3 Project Manager. Participants will learn through hands-on workshops covering project management fundamentals, scheduling, resource and cost management. By the end of the 3-day course, delegates will be able to define projects, create project networks, assign resources and costs, and produce project output. The training is available in various locations in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, India, Ghana, and Nigeria.

This course focuses on training delegates to effectively utilize Primavera P3 Project Planner for resource management and reporting. Topics include analyzing resource usage, assigning hierarchical resources, creating resource curves, and applying resource calendars. The course is designed for program and project managers, planners, and schedulers at an advanced level. Prerequisites include completion of the Planning and Scheduling in Primavera Project Planner (P3) course. The training earns 6.5 PDUs and 0.65 CEUs, with options for onsite and international training locations.
