This course will enable delegates to take full advantage of the functionality in Primavera P3 Project Planner to drive resources, use resource curves and hierarchical resources, create and as sign resource profiles / tables and apply resource levelling. Delegates will be shown how to maintain resource calendars for planning and control and create Rich Text Format reports for status reporting. The course reinforces how to develop, update, and track resources and costs via hands on workshops.
