To celebrate the re-launch of Synergie Training we are giving away almost £10,000 worth of free training over two days in March 2009. Workspace Duration: 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

A demonstration of Wokspace a document, e-mail and knowledge management system widely used in the construction industry. This session shows how Workspace acts as a central portal to bind together all of your companies information in one place, accessible over the web.

Introduction to SharePoint Technologies Session 1: 10:00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. (repeated) Session 2: 2:00 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.

This short course introduces delegates to SharePoint technologies and discusses the main differences between WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007.

5th March

BIW Technologies Duration: 9:00am – 11:30am

An introduction to the BIW system including a live demonstration
This session will provide an introduction to the BIW Document Management, Collaboration and Project Control system. A real time demonstration of the system will be included and attendees will be provided with a good insight into the potential benefits that clients and their project teams are realising from use.

An overview of BIW’s Contract Administration module focusing on the NEC form of Contract
This session will look at the capabilities of the BIW Contract Administration module in supporting a project or programme of works utilising the NEC form of Contract and will include examples of the Engineering and Construction, Professional Services, Term services and Subcontractor Contracts.

PRINCE2 Duration: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Maarten de Vries, an experienced PRINCE2 expert and approved trainer will demonstrate in quite a graphic way why certain projects work and others don’t.

An Introduction to SharePoint for End Users Duration: 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m

This course demonstrates the main processes and functions that end users will encounter in the SharePoint environment. This course is intended for any individual who works with SharePoint as a contributor and wishes to gain a greater understanding of its capabilities.
