This online Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Training course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to provide support for individuals with mental health conditions. The course covers understanding mental health, stress management, substance abuse impact, first aid action plans, workplace mental health culture, and various mental health disorders and therapies.
