Online Managing Performance Training
Description:
As a manager it is your right to manage your team’s performance. However, you may have found that the day to day tools you use when standing over an employee’s shoulder, whether formal or informal, have become less effective when that team member is working remotely.
In this workshop we will look at what challenges can arise when managing from a distance, how to anticipate, identify and diagnose the cause of a performance gap, and how you can continue to provide support and devise and communicate an action plan to help close the gap without being face to face.
Delivered live by our employment lawyers and HR professionals, our digital classroom ensures that you can still take part in practical, fun, and tailored training that feels face to face, without leaving the comfort of your desk.
