OUTCOMES

3. Identify the key causes of stress in the workplace as defined by the HSE.
4. Identify the key management behaviours that can help to reduce the risk of work-related stress.
5. Identify their own behaviours and have reflected on how these might affect others.
6. Facilitate confident conversations about mental health.
7. Explain the role of support services in helping manage the impact of stress in the workplace and identify how to get the most out of the services available.
8. Created a personal action plan to help manage the impact of stress and build resilience in the workplace.
