Overview of the Course
•’The Building Safety Bill (BSB) is scheduled for Royal Assent in March 2022 and commences from May 2023
The BSB is targeted at High Risk Residential Buildings (HRRB) and is focused on fire and structural safety
Dame Judith Hackett has directed all relevant stakeholders ‘not to wait’ for the new Regulations and get ready before the new Regulations become Law. This training course is part of that preparation.
The Fire Safety Management of HRRB’s will be a key deliverable within the new BSB Delivered by subject experts, learning outcomes will be illustrated with case studies, relevant references, tools and techniques
Approved Centre for Skills for Justice ( we will be working to deliver a certificated course SFJ deliver
workforce and organisational development working with organisations, both public and private, to increase productivity and quality of essential services TBFSN became a SFJ approved centre in December 2020.
