Office 365 Overview Training

Course Aim

To teach delegates how to effectively and confidently navigate and use Office 365 for their job role.
Target Student: End users who will be required to use Office 365 and need an understanding of its features. This will include staff from all levels across their organisations and from a variety of disciplines.

Prerequisites: Delegates should be familiar using a computer/laptop within a Windows environment and some familiarity with Web Browsers and Microsoft Office.

Course Objectives

• Understand Office 365 Applications
• Effectively navigate around Office 365
• Confidently use the components of Office 365
• Use Office Web Apps, SharePoint Team sites, Skype for Business (SFB), OneDrive
• Understand Sway for creating presentations and Planner to create plans and organise tasks


In this Instructor-led, hands-on course, delegates will learn about Cloud computing and Office 365 along with its components. They will follow the Instructor through each application and will be able to try out these technologies for themselves during the course.
