The Office 365 Overview Training aims to teach end users how to confidently navigate and utilize Office 365 for their job roles. The course covers understanding Office 365 applications, effective navigation, and usage of components like Office Web Apps, SharePoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Sway, and Planner. Delegates will learn about Cloud computing, hands-on with each application, and explore features such as Outlook Web App, Office Web Apps, OneDrive, SharePoint Team Sites, Skype for Business, Sway, and Planner.

Course Aim
To teach delegates how to effectively and confidently navigate and use Office 365 for their job role.
Target Student: End users who will be required to use Office 365 and need an understanding of its features. This will include staff from all levels across their organisations and from a variety of disciplines.
Prerequisites: Delegates should be familiar using a computer/laptop within a Windows environment and some familiarity with Web Browsers and Microsoft Office.
