It will consider options available to the Employer with regards to primary and secondary option choice which will alter the risk profile of a project. It will review how both Contract Data part 1 and part 2 should be populated and what it should/could include. It will consider what part the Works Information, Site Information and pricing document have in terms of ascertaining risk, and as a result what allowances/considerations that the Contractor should be allowing for within their tender price.

Attendees of this course will have a much clearer practical understanding of the tender processes and what considerations the Employer should make in putting together a tender, and what considerations the Contractor should make when pricing a tender.

The course was exceptional, well run in terms of delivery of information, IT online course but seamless. Very interesting examples of temporary works failures applicable to the businesses we worked in. Break out activities / group examples worked very well and were again well managed by the trainer. Fantastic course, I will recommend to others! Best course I have attended in years!
