Who is the course aimed at? 

This 2-day Performance Management workshop is aimed at team leaders and managers actively involved in the management and development of staff.  Performance management is a tool that enables managers to achieve goals more effectively. To be a useful tool managers must learn to use it regularly, yet most managers list ‘performance management’ as one of the most challenging aspects of their role.  This workshop focuses on providing you with the tools and techniques in order to overcome the challenges and resistance to performance management and to make performance management a positive experience for both manager and employee.
