COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is a refresher course for those who have completed the HSE First Aid at Work course. It provides delegates with updates on first aid protocols and
skills necessary to deal with a range of injuries and potentially life-threatening situations.
PRE – REQUISITES
• A valid First Aid at Work certificate
(obtained through an approved HSE provider for First Aid at Work)
• The legal requirements state that delegates MUST attend a minimum of 12 contact hours excluding breaks.
SUMMATIVE EXAMINATION
At the end of the course delegates will be assessed against their knowledge and practical abilities by independent examination. Successful delegates will
receive the qualification below.
