- It includes an introduction to the Regulators and their functions, BRegs application procedures, notices relating to commencement of “Building Works” and certification/completion of “Building Works” and handover requirements to “responsible persons” and/or “accountable persons”.
- It covers, briefly, both High Risk Buildings and Non-Hight Risk Buildings in order to provide attendees with a general awareness for regulatory compliance.
Overview
This course relating the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) provides an introduction and overview to the primary legislation including the BSA and Building Act 1984 (BA) in general and the secondary legislation, predominantly, the Building Regulations (BRegs), more specifically.
It is designed to provide an introductory guide to all dutyholders under BRegs and their duties relating to Building Regulations Control of “Buildings” and “Building Work”.
