Day 2
Using a risk register approach to manage risks in procurement decisions
Managing risk in performance
Ensuring compliance with the contract and understanding contractual remedies for poor performance
Effective contract monitoring
Creating the right style of relationships with suppliers
Negotiating improvements to current service delivery

Course objective:
This programme is designed to improve delegates’ awareness of techniques and best practices associated with risk analysis, evaluation and mitigation in the sourcing decisions made by them and their departments. It will equip them with a series of easy to apply risk assessment tools that can be used within a supply chain context.
