This one day course is for senior managers who will be managing other Project Managers to ensure that all projects run smoothly to logical completion. It can also be run as a follow on course to the Project Management Introduction Course.

This 1 day course will cover the steps to assist high ranking Project Managers who oversee subordinate Project Managers, many of whom run multiple projects, to ensure that all projects run smoothly to logical completion

The course can also be delivered as a closed company course to groups of up to 10 – 12 delegates.
