Energy Training

The Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) Training - Level 3 and 4 course equips individuals to conduct energy calculations on commercial buildings in the UK for Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). The 5-day course covers professional skills, legislation, data entry into SBEM software, recommendations, Building Regulations, thermal insulation products, U-value calculations, and Building Services. Upon completion, participants qualify as NDEA Level 4. Training locations include Scotland, Inverness, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dunfermline, and other UK sites, with options for closed company courses.

The On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) Training course in Scotland & Northern Ireland equips participants with the skills to produce Energy Performance Certificates for new dwellings using SAP software. The four-day course covers energy assessment, legislation, building control requirements, renewable technologies, and practical software workshops. Successful completion leads to an ABBE qualification. The course includes training, study materials, software access, and technical support. Locations for training include various cities in Scotland and other sites across the UK.
