Overview
The Primavera EPPM Training workshop focuses on Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and how to configure, deploy, and report EVM using P6 Release 8. It covers EVM theory, algorithms, and correct configurations in P6 EPPM. The workshop aims to empower attendees, including PMO team members, implementers, and administrators, to understand EVM concepts, make configuration decisions, and access data from the Reporting Database. Participants will gain the knowledge needed to implement EVM in Primavera.

WORKSHOP SUMMARY
Earned Value Management (EVM) increasingly plays a key part in an organization’s reporting of performance and reducing waste. This workshop explores the key fundamental principles of EVM and how to configure, deploy and report EVM using P6 Release 8. This workshop includes the theory and concepts of EVM and explains the algorithms used in EVM and demonstrates the correct configurations P6 EPPM Release 8 and the options available.
Understanding the standard data that is available is a key component of EVM reporting and this workshop explores how additional data can be made available when using the Primavera reporting database.
