Overview
This course provides a practical overview of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), covering key contract processes, roles and responsibilities, risk management, compensation events and programme management to help delegates confidently administer and manage NEC4 projects.

Course Content
This course provides a brief overview of the NEC4 contracts, then examines the pre contract and post contract actions and responsibilities required in respect of the NEC4
Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC). The course also includes a review of the NEC4 Professional Service Contract.
This is an Intermediate level course, and assumes that all delegates will have had previous training and/or experience of using NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
Case studies will be used throughout the day.
