This one-day NEC4 PSC Introductory Training workshop provides an introductory overview of the NEC4 Professional Service Contract (PSC) and Professional Service Short Contract (PSSC), alongside the core principles of the NEC family of contracts. It focuses on preparing effective pre-contract documentation, including Contract Data and Scope, and managing key post-contract processes. Attendees will learn how to prepare and price tender documents in the morning session, before exploring how to manage contract delivery in the afternoon, from both client and consultant perspectives. The course also introduces the Professional Service Short Contract and Subcontract, and explains how to use contract clauses in practice to manage services and deliver client requirements. Designed for those new to NEC contracts, this workshop is ideal for client and consultant staff beginning work on PSC contracts.
