Module 3: Understanding Gateway 3 – Completion and Handover

The Understanding Gateway 3 – Completion and Handovermodule focuses on the final stage of the Building Safety Regulator’s (BSR) Gateway process for higher-risk buildings (HRBs). This critical phase ensures that all construction work has been completed in full compliance with approved plans and that robust evidence is in place before occupation can occur.
