Who is the course aimed at?
Emotional Intelligence is defined as a set of competencies demonstrating the ability one has to recognise his or her behaviours, moods, and impulses, and to manage them best according to the situation. The 1-day Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace workshop is aimed at managers and employees who want to be able to manage behaviours, communicate with others effectively, manage change, solve problems, and build productive relationships.
