This one-day course focuses on training the responsible person to conduct fire risk assessments in compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, it is no longer the Fire Service’s duty to make sure the workplace is safe. That duty lies with ‘the responsible person’ and they will be held accountable under the new legislation.
Pre-requisites
Allows employers to get ‘the responsible person’ properly qualified to carry out fire risk assessments, helping them to meet their legal obligations.
