The course includes

NEC contracts have long raised the bar in terms of importance, quality and level of detail of programming compared to other forms of contract. The role of the planner is now a key aspect in the management of projects. It is vital that other team members including the project manager and commercial staff fully understand the requirements and effects of managing programme requirements to properly carry out their functions.

The new workshop will provide a thorough review of general planning aspects and provide detailed information on how to manage the key programming aspects specifically under an Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).

Candidates should either have attended an Introduction to NEC course or have practical experience of working on an NEC project prior to attending this course.
