Online Human Factors in Safety Training
It has been known for some time that most accidents are caused by the acts or omissions of people rather than, for example equipment failure. The study of human factors in safety enables us not only to understand drivers of behaviours which lead to loss, but also the drivers of behaviours which positively contribute to organisational success.
