The Workshop will provide the skills and knowledge necessary for initial Cisco Unified Communication Manager configuration as well as day-to-day administration and management tasks.

This Workshop focuses on configuration, administration and basic troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communication Manager version 8 in single and multi-site deployments. There is a strong emphasis on lab oriented tasks for delegates to configure and verify Cisco Unified Communication Manager. The course runs as a ‘workshop’ environment where delegates can also make use of the instructors’ consultancy skills for specific areas of interest to them.
