Objectives:
At the end of the ½ day, participants should have an appreciation of:

- When to use an individual member of the NEC3 family of contracts
- Key points when developing the contract documents under the Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC).
- Key points when evaluating contractors’ tenders under the ECC
- Key points when managing the contract as the Project Manager under the ECC.
