Who is the course aimed at?
The 2-day Interviewing Skills Workshop is aimed at employees who are required to conduct interviews for recruitment, selection and performance management. The workshop focuses on providing the knowledge, skills and techniques required to conduct successful interviews and also includes practical experience of conducting interviews.
