Who is the course aimed at?

The 2-day Interviewing Skills Workshop is aimed at employees who are required to conduct interviews for recruitment, selection and performance management.  The workshop focuses on providing the knowledge, skills and techniques required to conduct successful interviews and also includes practical experience of conducting interviews.

By the end of the course delegates will be able to …

• Identify the different types of interviews
• Describe and understand what is required from recruitment, selection and performance management interview panels before, during and after the interview 
• Use a range of interviewing skills and techniques with particular emphasis on questioning, listening and non-verbal communications
• Use the appropriate interviewing styles
