Programme Outline
Trading Places
This highly engaging exercise highlights the impact that levels of trust within an organisation have on its effectiveness and performance.
360° Trust
Building on the key learning from the Trading Places exercise you will map the levels of trust in key stakeholder relationships across your organisation and consider the impact that this is having on performance.
Gridlocked
Whilst possible, no group yet has successfully managed the Gridlocked challenge! Will you be the first? No matter what the outcome is though, this exercise always stimulates a lively debrief and highlights what is required from both leaders and team members in a high performing organisation.
Your ideal team
Based on the principle that your organisation will be at its most effective if you have highly engaged people who are prepared to bring their thinking and initiative to their work this session explores the attributes and behaviours that you would want in your ideal team.
Engagement
We intuitively know that engagement has a direct impact on performance but we often struggle to find appropriate ways to talk about this at work. This session will give you pragmatic methods and approaches for enhancing levels of engagement within your organisation.
Thinking
With every pair of hands comes a free brain! This session will give you pragmatic methods and approaches to encourage your people to apply their thinking and initiative to their work.
