The course includes
Compensation events are unique to the NEC family of contracts and provide an effective procedure for assessing and agreeing the time and cost effect of these events as they occur and in a timely manner.
This workshop will provide delegates with a detailed working knowledge of proper notification, pricing and assessment of compensation events and will focus on the provisions of the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
All delegates should have attended an NEC3: Introduction to the ECC course or have experience of using the ECC prior to attending this course.
